Doris Bryan is the founder of BMS. She is a proven management consultant who is a driven, self-starter with comprehensive accomplishments managing federal contracts and projects. Throughout her career, she has achieved high-level success in spearheading innovative initiatives to increase revenue, reduce costs and enhance the overall bottom line. As an effective leader, she has been recognized for maximizing performance by implementing appropriate strategies through analysis of details to gain an understanding of the contract requirements, emerging issues, trends, and relationships. Doris’ drive to succeed has played a significant role in her proactive ability to identify problems and implement a solution-focused approach to developing corrective measures.
